Poetry
Ciaran O’Driscoll, born in Kilkenny and now living
in Limerick, is a member of Aosdana and a committee member of
Cuisle Limerick City International Poetry Festival. He has published
six collections of poetry, including Gog and
Magog (1987) and his
New and Selected Poems, Moving on, Still there (Dedalus, 2001).
Liverpool University Press published his childhood memoir, A
Runner Among Falling Leaves. He has won a number of awards for his work,
including the Patrick and Katherine Kavanagh Fellowship in Poetry. Life
Monitor, his sixth collection, was published in 2009 by Three
Spires Press.
Teri Murray comes from Dublin but now lives in
Limerick. Her publications include Coddle and Tripe (1998), Poems
from the Exclusion Zone (2001) and
The Authority of Winter (2007), all published by Stonebridge
Ireland and Wales. Her new and selected poetry collection Where
the Dagda Dances is published by the Revival Press. She has
also published children’s book Eddy the Teddy and
The Big Fat Nana (2004).
She is currently working on a novel The Tricolour
Ribbon which
is about the Limerick Soviet (1919).
